What counts as a reply?
A reply is one answer your bot sends a visitor, no matter how many messages the back-and-forth takes. Every plan includes a monthly allowance — from 2,000 replies on Starter up to 30,000 on Agency.
Is there a free trial?

Do you charge per seat?
Never — you pay for answers given, not people logged in. Plans do come with a seat count (1 on Starter up to 10 on Agency), but adding a teammate inside it costs nothing extra.

Yes, on Agency and above — our badge comes off and each bot carries your client's own branding, so the assistant on their site is entirely yours. Clients can have a login scoped to their own bot; the dashboard itself still carries our name.
